Starting a new job in Newtown Square area. Active, healthy eating/ life-style, nonsmoker and pretty much alcohol free. I am caring, sincere, and friendly, but I will keep it to myself if you want to keep the distance.
I am clean and rules-based and I expect a consistent level of cleanliness from my roommate. Messy kitchen, overnight unwashed dish and messy bathroom is a deal breaker. Looking for a “quiet”, noise-uproar-free place. Also, looking for a “warm” place, do not like if you are saving money by freezing me below the acceptable room temperature. I am not a TV couch person and mostly enjoy the privacy of my room. Yet, I prefer the principle of having equal access to the common spaces.
