51 yr old retired military, recently divorced. Quiet, easy going and laid back. I like to keep things clean and tidy. Looking for a roommate with preferrably a house with a room and bathroom and shared common spaces. I have my own furnishings (bedroom suit, living room suit, dining table set, TV’s, dishes, BBQ grill etc.) if needed. Willing to pay extra for utility bills and expenses, if needed. I have my sons every other weekend so would have to be kid friendly just on those weekends. Ex-wife lives local with the kids and is cordial. I work 8-5 Mon-Fri.
