Hello! My name is Brian and I am relocating to the DC area (northern VA/NOVA) to start my career working for the federal government. I’m looking for a room in either an apartment, townhouse, house, or condo that is under my budget of $1,250/m. I’m looking for a Nov 1 move in date. I do not have children, I am single, I do not smoke/do drugs, and I do not have any pets. I keep things clean (especially in any common areas/shared spaces). I am allergic to cats. I’m pretty easy to get along with and I am fine with keeping to myself or being friendly! I’ll leave that entirely up to you. I am typically pretty quiet but I do go hard for my Gators and Aggies (UF undergrad, TAMU grad)! My ideal unit has an in unit W/D that I can use, parking (dedicated or a driveway preferred, but at least street), and air conditioning. If you have any questions about me don’t hesitate to ask!
