I would love to find a female roommate around my age of 65 going on 45. ;o) I have excellent rental references, credit and a clean background. Since I retired I am interested in another roommate/room rental because I can not afford a 1 bedroom in CA. I currently have my own 1 bedroom apt. in a beautiful complex. Unfortunately, I retired and moved to TX to be closer to family. I love my son and granddaughter dearly… but hate Lubbock, TX. The weather is too dusty for my health and I cannot enjoy the outdoors like in CA. I don’t see my family as much as I thought I would and the crime rate here is terrible. I am planning on moving back to Huntington Beach or the surrounding area soon. I am very healthy and cook healthy plus like sharing my cooking. I’m never messy. Very clean, neat and tidy. I am kind, considerate and a joy to be around with a positive attitude. Extremely trustworthy. I am interested in renting a room in a roommate situation with another woman/friend. I’ve been in this apt. in TX for 3 years. The gals in the apt. office would give me excellent reviews. Plus, I moved here from a two story townhouse apt. in HB where I lived for over 19 years. Another great reference. I always pay rent on time if not before the due date. I used to take care of all the plants and trees in my courtyard for the other neighbors in HB. I would be a perfect roommate. I have a cat that is also very clean. He is an indoor only cat. His litter box is huge and I keep it in my closet. Constantly clean it.
