Hey, my name is Cai. I am a student at boces and work a full time job as an arborist, doing tree removal. I was born and raised in Italy but I’ve been living here for 13 years now. Im not too loud, I’m friendly and easy going. Im pretty clean. If your messy it’s not the end of the world, cleaning gives me an excuse to not read my school textbook. I want to find a roommate that is a person who I could potentially become friends with. No pressure though. Haha. I’ll be fine either way. I will be working/studying and literally won’t have much time for anything else until Jan at some point so it’s nothing personal If I don’t talk as much in these days. My goal is to find someone I can sign a lease with for like 1 year to get a two bedroom apartment of our choosing because after doing research I found that getting a 2 bedroom with someone you want as a roommate is cheaper than trying to find a room by yourself.
