Hello! I’m MaryAnna, I’m 29 and I’m looking for a roommate to get a apartment together (preferably female but I don’t mind males as long as we vibe well.) or to rent a room. I’m very responsible. I have never been evicted nor have I ever missed a rent payment so I’m very reliable in terms of finances. I have a stable job that I have been in for 2 years and will be going into a management position soon. I’m a clean person. I do have early morning shifts, but I’m very quiet in the mornings. I’m a considerate person and kind… if you feel like I’m being a bad roommate in anyway I’m very understanding and will always be willing to hear you out as long as you show me the same courtesy. Side note: I said I’m cannabis-friendly but I do not smoke weed on the regular. I just don’t mind if that’s your thing.
