Roman

Hi everyone! My name is Roman (he/they) and I’m a non-binary lesbian (transmasculine). I’m looking for an apartment where I can sign on to the lease and/or has a flexible move-in date. I would really like a place that has easy accessibility to the city and I’m pretty open to living in basically any of the boroughs but I would have a preference to live in a queer-friendly neighborhood. I’m looking for a place with in-unit laundry or laundry in the building and I do not want to share a room, I would like a private room. A full kitchen would also be a must (dishwasher as well). It would also be really great to be friends with my roommates so we can go out and do things together but I also respect people’s privacy and alone time (my friend’s call me the introvert’s extrovert)! Also, I’d like to try to keep my roommate max at 3 people.

A bit about myself, I’m 22 years old and I’m both mixed and Latino. I just graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Affairs (and I minored in philosophy for any philosophy nerds out there 😃). I’m friendly, very social and outgoing, I love to go out and do stuff like parties/clubs, museums, foodie adventures, concerts, etc, I’m very involved in the queer scene and love to be active in the community, and I also love to travel!

I would prefer to cap my rent at $1,200 but depending on the place, people, and circumstances, I’m willing to be flexible. I am looking to move into an apartment this November. Looking forward to meeting all of you! 🙂
