Hi, my name is Melissa. I am a young 54 yr old who is self employed will work from home part time. I’m quite,, dependable, never been late on my rent where I’m currently at and that’s been for 3 years. I pretty much stay in my room that’s my little oasis, love to read, write, catch-up on fav shows/podcast and I also do some work from home (in room) as well. I don’t mind animals. I don’t mind smokers. I would preferred to live with females, but also I’m looking for someone who is chilled./calm no out all night partiers. I’m very down to earth, easy to get along with, typically spend a lot of time in my room are going on adventures I typically go over to my family’s house to visit, so no worries there. I’m also excellent at cleaning. I like to make sure the house is clean and I don’t mind doing it lol. I have an organization expert/housekeeper business I am working at get off the ground, so far, so good! I love living here but due to rent going up 3x times as much as when moved in, I can no longer afford to live here. I’m hoping to find a place with all bills paid, but don’t mind splitting some bills. Also, a room I can make my own. I’m also looking for a longevity. I hate moving. I’ll have to put most of my stuff in storage and I just want to be settled. I like to cook, occasionally glass of wine or two. Love being outside, into holistic remedies & I try to be pretty health conscience (I am going through a cancer treatment program) cancer was removed but have to continually be monitored & test preformed. It was caught early!!!! That’s another reason I’m looking for a place., Due to the cost of preventative cancer program the out-of-pocket is absolutely ridiculous and I haven’t been able to keep up b/c even with good insurance the copay’s I can’t afford. But, the cancer was removed it’s just the preventative measures I am suppose to be keeping up with.

I would call myself a light hearted person, love to laugh. Once you been through some life altering events life’s little problems are not so bad! I may seem shy but will open up around close people once I get to know them. I respect others space & would like that in turn.
