39’yr old father of (1) 3yr old daughter. I work mostly all day, between my day job and Uber at night. You would have the place majority of the days to yourself. My daughter does stay with me several nights a week but will be in my room with me for sleeping. Respectfully, I will only have a female roommate, I do not want any other man around my daughter.
