I am unemployed at the moment but receive unemployment benefits while I look for a new job! My son is fully disabled and receives social security benefits! I am My son’s conservator! If landlord is in agreement, we can make it so the rent comes out automatically on the 1st (or whatever date rent is due) right into the landlords rds account so there’s no issues with the rent being paid! My 21yr old Autistic son will be moving with me! We need 2 rooms and preferably a 1/2 bath or full bath for us to use privately but not a mandatory issue! We have 2 emotional service cats(1 is my service cat and 1 is my son’s)! Our cats will stay in our room(s) 24/7! They are very quiet and are fixed! We have our own furniture if rooms r unfinished! My son is a very picky eater and most of what he eats gets stored in a freezer so if we can not use the freezer/fridge in kitchen, we have a deep freezer and a mini fridge we can bring but also not mandatory and is up to the landlord! We r extremely respectful of other people and their property! We follow rules and actually my son needs rules so he knows what he can and cannot do(part of his disability) and is a stickler at following the rules! He cooks a lot with our air fryer and the oven/toaster oven!
