Looking for new place to live sometime late spring early summer.

Hello! Brayden here, 20 (and a half) years old, graphic design student and getting IT certified. Mostly looking within Downtown/Central Eastside area but open as long as it’s closer to transit and city center. I work serving/hosting at a restaurant but I’m also in search of new work (as I just took whatever first picks I could get with housing and labor as I was moving from alaska and had a timeline that I needed to be out!). Lived in 7 states, originally from St.Louis, raised between there, Seattle and Detroit, spent high school in the Deep South, and I spent a year in Montana and Alaska, as well as a couple of months in London and Latin America, and a month in Asia as my mom is moving to Japan.

Clean but more on a pace of seeing if something needs to be touched up on, I don’t like schedules and I don’t like a chore rotation, I enjoy a social responsibility of keeping a space clean, while also still feeling vibrant, homey and lived in. I smoke weed and I’ll smell like it, if you can do it inside, cool. If not then I can do it outside but I do like to do my dabs inside, it’s just my habit. I will light incense or open my window, but I like to smoke concentrates inside. No heavy drug users.

$650-$1000 in total including utilities, I don’t need a large space. I’m very relaxed, play a couple instruments, do artsy and music shit, spend time hiking, climbing, biking, and so on. Been to all 50 states, 20 countries, love language and culture (bilingual in 🇪🇸 🇨🇳 🇩🇪?) and would love to live with more open minded and friendly people, I’m more on the quiet side but very friendly and busy, so I may not always be down to chat. I’m very direct, prefer people my age, and I dislike drama. Will not be interested in living with multiple family members, prefer to live in an older space or somewhere with character and life. Prefer people 21-30 to live, I’m gay and nonbinary, I don’t drive (though I have a license). I would also love a space where I could have my friends over and decorate the public spaces, I’m not trying to live in someone else’s home, but instead I’d want to create a home together, as I plan on being here for the long term. I’m not anal about anything but love a good boundary, really just want a good vibe at home, no negativity, open communication.
