Hi! I’m a working professional looking for my own FURNISHED BEDROOM in a HOUSE or an APARTMENT with a lease starting at a MONTH TO MONTH BASIS. I’m also looking for my OWN BATHROOM to have for myself. A SHARED REFRIGERATOR SPACE and KITCHEN ACCESS is a MUST. Hopefully you have a WASHER & DRYER machine ON-SITE that I could use and a PARKING SPACE for my car (I only have ONE). I have NO PETS, so that’s nothing to be worried about.
A few of my favorite hobbies are running and going to the beach; so therefore I won’t be at home as much but I can also be a homebody.
I’m respectful, mind my own business, clean up after myself and pay my rent on time.
