Hi my name is shilpa and I am currently looking for a room for rent for ASAP , in Burlington or south Burlington! I am looking for a year long lease! With potential sign for another year! A little about me I am 26 years old and I just got a job at the uvm medical center as a patient service specialist! So anywhere a bussable or walkable distance to there is great! In my free time I like to read listen to music , color go outside when it’s nice and play with my kitties and watch my favorite shows! Occasionally like to go to the bars! I love concerts live music and museums or any fun events!

Me as a roommate- I am very respectful and I pick up after myself and I like to be a good communicator.I am also very mindful of noise and not too loud and appreciate it when others are mindful of noise . I’m not very picky about things , I do work in healthcare so some Covid conscious is good not super strict on that just the basic tell people when you are sick test if you think it’s Covid all that! I do like to have people over occasionally but of course will always ask if it’s okay first! I have a very bubbly personality and like to make friends with my roommates but of course have a respect for alone time and space!! I also spend a lot of time just in my room as I am pretty exhausted from work w lot but happy to be social too! Like I said I do have two kitties so a place that would take my cats would be great and I am of course willing to pay a fee! It’s fine if there’s another cat we just would have to introduce them the right way! And if there’s a dog that gets along with kitties same thing!!

I am not picky in what I am looking for in a roommate! Just someone that’s nice and respectful! I would love to have roomie hangs but also respect alone time, as I also need alone time too! Respect about others is a given and mindful of others ie noise mess ect) Ideal location for me would be south Burlington but anywhere in Burlington or close to the downtown busses!
