Hello. I’ll be needing a place to stay for next Spring 2024 semester and longer, but I’m ok with short term rentals if that’s what is available. In a household that values communication to avoid misunderstanding and drama I’m a good fit. Additionally, I prefer to leave things like I find it, or in better condition, but I’d prefer not to be someone’s maintenance person (unless there is a prior agreement). I also have very reliable rental payment history in Farmington, and will always make my dues.
