I’m a quiet and nice guy looking for a small place that I can study and work from. I prefer a clean, well kept living space and cool roomies. I love to cook as well so good meals are a perk of living with me. I hardly ever have people over cause I’m either working or studying, or both. Not a big partier. But I’m big into music so that would be the only noise I’d make. I play guitar and listen to music extensively. Rent is always paid early cause I like to stay ahead. I would like to be able to have a small pet if possible, if not no biggie.
