We are a 28 year old and 29 year old male and female with an extremely well-behaved and house trained 10 year old 9 pound service dog who does not bark at all. He would be kept in the room other than to go use the bathroom and to leave with me. He is an emotional support service dog (I have paperwork).

We are both young professionals (I am going to school full time but in the process of acquiring a full time job. My income is from my federal and state aid from the school and I get plenty every term - he runs his own photography and entertainment business) My boyfriend is very easy going but hardly home and I am someone who pretty much stays in their room when they are at home and does not bother anybody.

NO evictions and we would pass a background check! just our credit is not good and we would like to work something out if that is a requirement. :)

We are very laid-back and hard-working people who keep their space tidy. We are also very chill people who get along with everybody and are mature adults.
