Female seeking to rent a room, guest house or mother-in-law suite. I’m also open to sharing an apartment, townhouse or house with 1-2 roommates or a family. I’m a teacher and writer who loves to cook, bake -especially for others! My other hobbies include gardening, reading and anything outdoors. I’m extremely organized and neat. I have a sensitive, highly creative 11-year-old son who will stay with me every other weekend and 1-2 school nights a week until bedtime. He’s quite tidy too! I have a sweet well-trained English Springer Spaniel named Brownie. She will will stay with me when my son is with me. We are starting a new chapter in our lives.
