Benjiman

Hello my name is Benjiman I am searing for a place to live. Rented rooms, studios, or single bedroom apartments are fine. I can afford anywhere in the price range of, or below, $650 a month (All bills included). I am a single, 34 year old man with no kids, no animals. I’m clean, fastidious, and keep mostly to myself. I am on SSDI, so that means my income is steady and I will not lose it, nor will it change. I do not require any special accommodations. I can afford my own groceries and can cook and clean for myself. I am not a judgmental person, nor do I discriminate against lifestyles, race, creed or religions; just as I hope you don’t either. I have always paid my rent/bills on time, and have good references. I am hoping to have until the beginning of October to find a place. However due to unforseen healthcare situations within my household (Not with me) I may have to move sooner. If something is available now, I will take it now, or as soon as possible. I would like to stay within the Deland, Deltona, Orange City area, But I will take what I can get, wherever I can find it.
