23 year old student, working in both healthcare and the restaurant industry. Looking for a room or apartment to rent in close proximity to Stuart, Jupiter, and Palm City with occasional guests allowed and preferably a private bathroom. I am generally quiet and keep to myself, keep common areas very clean, but do stay up to study and get home late a couple nights a week and may cook after late night shifts. I am out of the house most of the time, but after living with my elderly grandfather need time and space to myself but am working within a strict budget.
