I need a temporary room to rent for potentially 6 months, should be no more than 7 months. I would prefer month to month lease. Of course, I’ll let you know at least 30 days out when I need to move. I have no children, no pets, non smoker, no drug usage. I’m respectful, quiet, keep to myself, and respect others privacy. I dont mind doing things together, but if you’re also private, that’s okay. I do work from home but that is due to change in April.
