In my former home I provided bedroom rentals to international students enrolled in English courses at Embassy CES NYC many of whom remain friends. They were not merely tenants but lived in my home as “family”. It was a rewarding experience not only for me but also my teen daughter who is now an adult with 3 children in their own home. I’m very engaging & enjoy good conversations. I’m particular about living in a clean home especially the bathroom & kitchen. I love animals but would not want to live with a snake. I enjoy Law & Order SVU, Murder She Wrote, Monk & crime mysteries. I am not a Trump supporter! Love the beach & nature minus spiders. In the final stages of writing my book. I am looking to rent a house with clean, responsible females. Though I am cannabis friendly I want a smoke free in-house environment.
