Looking for a 2x2 situation with one other person. I’m currently on a month-to-month lease in a studio. It’s tiny and I’m looking to get a little more space and share with a roommate. I can move any time as long as I give a 30 day notice. I really prioritize meeting my potential roommate before going in on a place together. I’ve learned that I like to have distance from school and work so a 20 to 30 minute commute (with traffic) is not a big deal to me. I like a more quiet, secluded residential area as opposed to living downtown. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. Some of my days I’ll be busy all day at work and school and some I’ll be at home most of the day studying, reading, etc. I’m a graduate student and student assistant at Santa Clara University. In my free time I hike, go to the gym, play video games. I do have a peanut allergy so I can’t have peanut stuff in the house.
