Simply put I’ve had situations where my credit is no longer worth anything. A bad business deal gone wrong which forced a bankruptcy. My credit hasn’t recovered.
Quite frankly I’m home rarely, as I’m out 3-8 weeks at a time. So really I’m the perfect roommate almost due to this alone. I keep to myself. I have a cat his name is Mufasa.
Personally, I’m looking for a place I can come and wind down from my job. I am quiet and stay out of people’s way. When home, I am barely there anyhow except to sleep.
