Budget around $800/ month (negotiable) Hello recently employed in Buda work consistently at this job, in search of a house but willing to look into apartment stay as well in or around the area. I room share in another city my own house so I understand what a landlord looks for in a good respectful tennant and being pro efficient with cost. I am disciplined (turn off the lights after I use them) mindful of costs. Open to sharing or going in with a roommate to and share utilities and cost if needed as well or all bills included. I am staying in a nice hotel at the moment so I don’t have a lot of items, would like a bed if not I have my own mattress. This will only be temporary unless I could help further if situation is right for all involved. I am from a coastal small town from down south of Texas, I am a College Degreed Christian Man in search of a room and bath, I keep to my self, No pets, I am well kept person, I get along with everyone or group’s, I am not prideful at all, I can take care of my space and also help out maintenance wise if needed on unoccupied work days or going to see my family by the coast.
