I recently moved to Yorktown Heights, but unfortunately the property is being sold and I need to move by 11/30/23. Prior to this I was living in the Cobblefield Community in White Plains.

I attended/graduated New Rochelle schools and belong to the American Legion in Flint Park. I am 65, retired, and receive social security. My current credit score is 779 and I have a clean background check (from 6/22/23). I can give more information as requested or a release for updated reports.

I believe shared space should be kept as clean as possible. I am quiet, friendly, no pets (but like them), and in good health. I receive VA healthcare, so only have Rx co-pays of $200-300/year. Non-smoker, no recreational drug use, seldom drink, and straight (OK with non-straight).

I have run the Paine to Pain Trail Half-Marathon several times and help out the years I don’t run.
