Hello I amTristan a 37yo Male, employed and looking to rent a house with garage space, yard, more space, etc. There are some good deals on 2 or 3BR houses showing up for this summer and I am looking for roommates that might be a good match to apply and co sign with me. I need someone responsible, and you will need to have decent credit (640+) and will be applying with me to go on a lease, no sublets or under-the-table renting (sorry). I am not into partying or going out to bars ALOT, but I do play music (indy, rock) and like to go to open mics when I can make the time. I prefer herb to booze as far as substances, and my values kinda line up with that as well. Hit me up if you are:

-Not a Trump or ICE supporter -Are reliably employed and can complete an application with me -Musicians or music hobbyists would work well -Are ok with Cats (I have two) -If you have pets they might have to meet my cats first to see if its a match. They are brother and sister and could possibly adjust to a 3rd kitty if you have one and have some patience.

We will probably meet up for coffee or a beer to talk it over before starting to apply places. I am looking to move by May 2026 so this could go fast if we can get approved! I’m in North St Paul but open to look anywhere in the cities.
