My service dog, Snyper, and I have been living at our location for nearly 1 year. My lease is actually good through January 2024, but owner is moving mobile home out of area in December, so I need to find a place by November. I’m clean, quiet, stay to my self, responsible, pay bills on or ahead of time, great credit, I don’t use much electricity (usually only wash a couple loads of clothes per month, use only my led TV, rarely use lights, i don’t mess with thermostat). I don’t use mj or other drugs, but I understand that others do.
