I’m a digital artist currently making a livingspace shift. My roommates (students) can no longer afford our shared space so I’m on the hunt again. I was already looking to move, so this is perfect. I make just over 2k on my worst months with commission, usually I make about 3k. I also pet sit often. I’m a lone wolf but I’m also friendly and chill. I am looking for a space with a private room and bathroom. As long as I’m informed of your wants/needs and the common areas are clean, I’m content.
