I do not drink nor smoke. I recently said no more and I am proud of that. Practice whatever belief system you want, just don’t force anything on me.

No dog house. Cat house as long as the home doesn’t stink and you manage your pet properly.

i don’t understand the purpose of these deposits when we more than likely will be illegal occupants and not able to get on the lease or receive mail.

And if you’re looking for a roomy, how would I know that you’re financially responsible enough to even be able to pay my money back? I’m storing my things into your home that you could lock me out of at anytime so why should I pay you a deposit?
