Hi i’m Ryan and I wouldn’t need too much, just a shower, bed and someplace to eat. I’ll always clean up after myself, I’m willing to help with communal chores, and I won’t be loud enough to disrupt anyone. I won’t have people over to visit unless it’s my girlfriend however she won’t ever need to stay the night, or be at the building everyday without contributing somehow. She won’t be moving in, but she is willing to contribute in anyway she can to be able to visit once in a while.
