Hi! My name is Alex, a little bit about me… I’m 19, i work full time at a restaurant in Purcellville, with a reliable income. I’m looking for something close-by to avoid a long commute:) I own one car, so i would just need 1 parking spot. I set my budget for 800 dollars, but I’m willing to negotiate, also i set my stay-time for 12 months, but any time is fine. I’m very respectful of other peoples spaces, i clean up after myself, i don’t smoke, (but i don’t mind if you do!) I will mostly keep to myself and mind my own business :) I’d love to be able to bring my cat, but no worries if not. (he can stay with family)
