Looking for an affordable room ($800/less) or studio/1bd (up to 1500 utl included) to rent. I’m down to earth, approachable, easy going, clean/organized, respectful/mindful and considerate of others. Non-smoker and only drink on occasion in social settings with friends and family (not at home). I have amazing rental history and great rapport with my current/previous landlord/neighbors. My dog (Biggie) is a 25lb pug. He is an absolute sweetheart and house trained.
