I’m friendly. And responsible. Thoughtful. Humorous. Honest. Financially stable. Clean. And Fun.

I’ve transitioned into a writing career. From a business and real estate career. Though still involved in social impact business. I used to help create affordable housing for years. And also did urban planning. And economic development. And community engagement. All, to create a better built environment. I’m now writing two books. And have two others outlined.

I also do life strategy coaching. For individuals. And leaders. And entrepreneurs. One of my books is related to personal development.

I’m an explorer. Of life. And the world. I’ve been to 50+ countries. 49 U.S. states. I’ve earned three master’s degrees. I like learning. I also paint. And draw. Listen to podcasts. And read. A lot.

I’m a rather chill guy. Quiet. Tidy. Organized. Pick up. After myself. I am a good roommate. I get along with just about anyone.

I’m older. And wiser now. But my “psychological age” is still about 36. That’s about how old I act. And feel. 😁 The way I look at it, I feel like I’m 36, but I get to have the wisdom of someone older! LOL

I like good conversations. I’m a bit of a deep thinker. A philosopher, of sorts. Sometimes a dreamer. Of possibilities. New business ideas. And how to solve our big challenges. And ideas for future novels.

Dogs like me. And dogs seem to identify good humans.

I am respectful. Of all people. I believe diversity, and different perspectives, and different cultures, all collectively mix. To form a richer life. And better world. A more interesting one. Fuller. Bolder. More robust. For everyone.

I too like red wine. And an occasional good whiskey. I like to cook. For others especially. And I like being social. Over good wine. Good food. And in a good place. To live.

The quality of people in a place, are every bit as important, as the place’s quality.

In general, people like me. And I like people. I inspire people. And they inspire me.
