I’m an engineer with a stable job and recently relocated to California for work. I travel frequently, about every other month for 1–2 weeks at a time, either for business or to visit family back home in Texas.

I’m a quiet, introverted person who keeps to myself and in my room when I’m home. My work keeps me busy most days, so I tend to maintain a focused and low-key lifestyle. I’m clean and a bit OCD, so I want a private bathroom without needing to share.

I’m looking for an affordable room to rent for at least 8-12 months, possibly longer. I’m not certain how long I’ll be in California, but if and when I do decide to move back to Texas, I’ll be sure to give you plenty of advance notice. My goal is to help support my mom while also saving to eventually purchase a home of my own so looking for something affordable.
