I’m very responsible and I’m quiet with good credit stable job I’ve been a dental assistant for two years. I have a service dog and a cat. Dog is quiet and fully trained. However I will be able to give to my parents to live with if dogs are a no go for you. (That way I can still see him but no trouble for leaser/room owner) No evictions no renters credit. Good amount in savings for emergencies. Organized. I really need to move out of the place I’m in now and I prefer to live with women roommates as I would be uncomfortable living with random male roomate. 580 /700 a month budget for a room. I like anime and taking my dog for walks I prefer honesty even in times of trouble or uncomfortable situations it takes a lot to make me angry or yell. I like to study philosophy and metaphysics/episotomology Hoping to find good stable responsible roomate.
