I come with a 5 pd chihuahua who is super loving & likes to hang out. I like to cook, watch movies/ tv, always pay my bills & keep my space tidy, will occasionally have a visitor. Usually stay to myself but can hang out for dinner or movie night. Enjoy my music and have no problem keeping it down. Would like to have a bedroom with a private bath. I think one other small friendly pet besides my own is okay, she likes to be where I am. Will need some storage or closet space. Would like all utilities included in rent.
