I receive steady SSI income every month and budget carefully, so rent will always be paid on time. My budget is flexible when utilities are included.

I am willing to pay rent anywhere from Three Hundred USD to Nine Hundred USD

($900 absolute max if utilities are included; if not included, then my absolute max is $800).

I have two well-ish-behaved ESA cats 1 boy 1 girl, They both fixed so NO babies they are clean, litter‑trained, and come with documentation. As well as 2 female betta fish so again No babies. I keep their area tidy and use an enclosed litter box to control odor. I’m laid‑back, mostly quiet, and keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easy to live with. I’m looking for a calm, safe place with considerate roommates where I can stay long‑term.

I mainly Prefer a Team Up to Rent an Apartment: Here’s an estimate of the cost split on my preferred apartment complex, Arcadia Apartments in Sandy, UT (their website homepage claims to include utilities and free parking, based on prices showing as of 06/16/2026):
