Looking for a longer-term rental. I have a small 8lb senior pup, he is super mellow and house trained. I work from home. I, myself, am also very mellow. I would appreciate living with someone who is a Christian and who also is recycling, compost, noise and Utility conscious. I am the type to clean it if I see it needs to be done and I am completely responsible for my dog and cleaning up after him. I enjoy being outside and love helping out when I can. I am also an early to bed and early to rise - not a night owl, not a partier, never done drugs. I also never have guests over and would definitely check first if I ever wanted to. I like to keep things as courteous as possible.

Ideally, I am looking for a downstairs room if possible. And additional storage room for camping gear and a couple boxes of house holds. I have a kitchen table and kitchenware that I can contribute. I also have on my own bedroom furnishings.

This post is for potential team ups and perspective landlords. My dog and I come with rental history and references.
