Own a business in Villa Park. Lease is up for condo we rented in Anaheim Hills. Decided not to renew lease becuase I only sleep there 7-nights-per-week. I come home each evening 8:30pm/bed by 9pm & leave each morning 8:30am. My husband of 13 years works for disaster relief so travels & stays in hotel rooms. When he comes home for the holidays, he would stay with me. We will, of course, pay extra during that time. I have one cat who would stay in my room. I clean liter twice-per-day. Kitty sleeps all day & cuddles with mommy all night. Quiet, respectful, nice. Financially stable, we are simply tired of paying for a large condo that only I sleep in.
