Hi! I’m looking for a upscale apartment in the Miami or Broward area. I’d prefer the total (including. Utilities) stay at or under $1500/month per person. I enjoy nature walks, meditation sessions and anything creative (sip n paints, jazz shows, art galleries etc.) I’m willing to team up with a female to find the best place. I don’t smoke and prefer non smokers. I like to explore the city and occasionally have movie and wine nights with friends. A few of my favorite hobbies are cooking, painting, roller skating, nature exploration, dancing, and beach days. I also love exploring a the vegan options South Florida has to offer. I do not have pets and would prefer no pets. I’m very considerate and respectful of common spaces.
