After having moved out of state for 6 years I decided to move back home to CA, which is what brings me to this site.
I’m a family man and a passionate avid tennis player. I travel out of state and out of the county to visit my parents and siblings. If I am not working, then I am likely outdoors hiking, at a theme park, or trying some recreational activities. Born and raised in CA! I am from Westminster, Orange County. I grew up Santa Ana, Tustin, and then Riverside. I am well acquainted with most parts of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties. I have an Accounting, Administrative, and Sales background. Prior to leaving the state of AR I was employed as a Sales Manager for four years and before than 2 years in Regional Telecommunications Sales. I’m currently in the process of obtaining my own dealer/wholesale license here in CA. I’m a great cook, and love all types of ethnic cuisines! I’m very clean, respectable, responsible, hygienic, family oriented, goal-driven, and hard working professional.
Ideally, I’m interested in renting a room with it’s own restroom (this is not a deal breaker). I take care of myself and all of my belongings. I have exceptional credit, so paying my bills on time is never an issue! Parking my truck in a safe location is important to me.
I have a positive outlook in life! I treat people the way I want to be treated, so I expect the same! :) I look forward to co-existing/co-living with positive people of all walks of life!
