Senior female with mature cat seeks preferably partially furnished room with private bathroom. The cat will stay strictly in the room.

I was evacuated from my 8-year rental at Belvoir Springs in Niles by the City of Fremont and am looking for a permanent new home. I am currently staying in motels but can’t sustain this for much longer.

I am private and quiet and am perfectly happy with a mini-fridge with freezer and my own toaster oven (or microwave if provided). I have been a strict vegetarian for many years and don’t drink or do drugs.
