It’s just me and my very sweet and loving dog. I am as easy going as they come and keep to myself and my area. I am very private and I greatly respect the privacy of others as well while expecting the same in return. I work most of the time and when I’m not working, I like gaming or lounging/relaxing while watching a movie with my doggo lol

I’m a very simple man and I avoid drama/conflict at all costs. I will never have any company over. I basically just require a space to live/save up before purchasing a house next summer. You will not have much contact with me outside of that arrangement as I typically keep to myself and follow the same routines/schedules regardless of outside influences.

When I’m not eating out, I mostly eat sandwiches which I store in my mini fridge. Therefore, I will not require any shared spaces such as the kitchen, nor would I ever be hanging out anywhere outside of my bedroom. The only spatial requirement I have is private entry close to the bedroom for frequent dog walks. A basement room next to a sliding glass door would be ideal. That is my only stipulation.
