My name is Jake Paddock. I am originally from Milwaukee, WI. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2022 and will be finishing my Master’s Degree at the University of New Haven this fall.
Recently moved to Long Island after accepting a full-time strength and conditioning job at LIU in the Post Campus. I often have early mornings so I am looking for something relatively close to campus (<20 min drive).
