Hello!

I am a single guy that keeps to myself, am clean, and does not smoke.

I work at an Italian Cusine restaurant (so I can offer good free food) during the afternoons/evenings.

I do not have any pets of my own. However if you have any, I usually get along with great with pets.

I have my own vehicle and, in addition to room rent, I will help out with house needs and supplies as I can.

If I listen to any music or watch a movie I have earbuds that work great. Again, I am quiet and clean.
