I am a professional who sees clients remotely through the computer, looking to rent a quiet space within 20 minutes from Liverpool to work from home. I would prefer a room in a home vs. an office building so I can have the option to sleep or nap there as I have a disabled daughter and a dog and my own house can be loud. The room needs to be large enough for a desk with two monitors and at least a twin sized bed. No children or pets in the household would be preferable. Willing to help out with things around the house as I’m handy. Already paying a mortgage so I don’t want anything too expensive ($200-$600 max budget monthly all included). I am respectful and quiet as a roommate - but funny and friendly if you wanna hang out - and you may not even notice me there as I’m just talking to people on the computer or chilling and listening to music on my headphones. I do not use tobacco or drink but must be 420 friendly.
