I am a 40+ year old female looking for a safe and quiet place to rent a room on a month to month basis. I live in the area of Denton County and hope to stay in this area but open to Cross Roads,Oak Point, Corinth, Aubrey, Little Elm, Savannah.,Denton, The Colony and some areas of Collin County. . I am a very quiet person, no drama and mostly keep to myself . I have references and proof of financial income, am a non smoker and prefer a non smoking peaceful environment. No children, no drugs, no parties, but open minded and have a cat that is shy and will stay in the room with me. I am respectful, clean, mature and expect the same in return. If room is not furnished, that’s ok. I have a refrigerator/freezer in the garage and perhaps I can use it in your garage please. Have my own cookware ,bath towels and paper products, cleaning supplies, bedding etc. I don’t cook often and instead get take out food or frozen food at the store to bake or microwave. Thank you
