Hi Potential Roomie! My current roommate is moving with her boyfriend, so I’m in search for someone as great as she is. Need to move by March 31st ideally since our lease ends then.

Target Budget: $1400-$1600 with utilities and high speed Wi-Fi internet included included.

I’m clean, considerate, and financially responsible professional female hoping to find another female roommate with these same qualities to split expenses for a TOP FLOOR 2-bedroom 2 bathroom place with a roommate floor plan ideally. The bedrooms should NOT share a bedroom wall. At minimum, the amenities should include central AC & heating, high speed internet, a laundry room or in-unit laundry machines, and off-street parking. We can look for our ideal place together asap, or I’m open to moving into your current apartment.

You MUST be okay with me working from home because my work schedule can be hybrid or 100% remote.
