ISO roommate (preferably female) interested in going in on a townhouse or house in the Baymeadows area or atleast within 30 minutes of my job in Orange Park.

I’m 29 and work full-time as a Behavior Therapist. I’m really tidy, responsible, quiet, and considerate. Not big on rowdy nights out and don’t do drugs. More of a low-key game night with drinks and friends at home type. I have an ESA Puppy, play softball, and customize shoes on the side, so I’d probably be spending most of my time in my room or out with my pup! I love live music, playing games, watching movies, and cooking!

The townhomes I’ve been looking at essentially have two master suites upstairs and a half bath with an open floor plan downstairs. Nothing more than $1800/month. Split utilities and rent even.
