I’m not sure if I’m supposed to fill this part out . Im 42 single and do landscaping for a living. I’m very friendly can talk n relate to any1 . I know alot about everything. I grew up on Westside PHX . Have 6 grown adult kids who are all doing great for themselves. I took custody of 4 of them years ago and they all graduated and moved out and since then I’ve been tryn to find my purpose or really find out what I like to do since the last 25yrs of my life has been dad duties. I’m very OCD clean and easy to live w. Overly sensitive and will never be rude or have confrontation w any1 . I don’t like confrontation I’ll always be the one to walk away. And if you already have a landscaper and pay them save that money because I’d be more than willing to keep it up to par. (Unless of course it’s way to big) then I’ll have to be honest and maybe let it stay the way it is. I also can have the deposit and frst months rent for you.
